Gordon Mcinroy

As a founding member of Nuclera, Gordon McInroy brings over a decade of technical expertise and a strategic vision for operational excellence. Initially serving as CTO, Gordon led the development of the eProtein Discovery system, a role that set the stage for his transition to Chief Operating Officer. Now, as COO, he focuses on scaling Nuclera's commercial growth by optimizing processes, upholding quality standards, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Known for his hands-on problem-solving approach, Gordon thrives on tackling complex challenges that span both technical and operational domains.
Outside of work, Gordon is an avid grower of all things delicious, with a particular passion for super-hot chilies and mushrooms. Gordon holds an MSc in Natural Sciences and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge, where he met co-founders Michael Chen and Jiahao Huang.
