Application Note: Screening the effects of solubility tags and their removal (detagging) with 3C protease on cell-free protein expression using the eProtein Discovery™ System

The ability to evaluate the effect of different solubility tags on protein expression and the impact of their removal can be done simultaneously on eProtein Discovery. Data in this application note validates the benefit of having a solubility tag during expression and confirming that removal of the solubility tag retains yield.
